Thai Yoga Massage
A full-body session genuinely adapted to you
Thai Yoga Massage is a holistic form of bodywork rooted in traditional Thai medicine, combining pressure and rhythmic compression with assisted movement, stretching and touch.
My approach brings this tradition together with contemporary knowledge of anatomy and movement. Rather than following a fixed routine, each session develops around you — how you are feeling that day, what you tell me and how your body responds. The work can range from subtle to intense, while respecting your comfort and limits. Intensity never means pushing through pain.

For me, Thai Yoga Massage is also an energetic meeting between practitioner and receiver — based on attention, listening and touch. The intention is to create conditions for deep relaxation and greater balance, without forcing the body towards a particular result.
Thai Yoga Massage takes place fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat.
A good choice if you’re looking for personalised, full-body bodywork with depth, movement and an emphasis on deep relaxation.
Relaxing face, head & neck massage
Focused touch, slower rhythms
This massage focuses on the face, scalp, neck and shoulders, with an emphasis on slower rhythms and attentive touch. Without the structured protocol and more dynamic techniques of Kobido, there is more freedom to adapt the session to the person receiving it. The focus is simple: a quiet, relaxing experience centred around touch.
A good choice if you’re looking for slower rhythms, focused touch and relaxation.
Kobido
Japanese facial massage as bodywork
Kobido is a Japanese approach to facial massage characterised by a structured sequence of techniques and changing rhythms. The session focuses on the face, head and neck. Some sequences are quick and dynamic; others slower and quieter.

Unlike Thai Yoga Massage, Kobido follows a particular protocol. Its character comes from the variety, rhythm and precision of its techniques.
Although Kobido is often associated with beauty and “anti-ageing”, this is not the main focus of my practice. I am more interested in Kobido as bodywork for the face — an opportunity to experience the face through touch and sensation, rather than only through how it looks.
A good choice if you’re curious about Japanese facial massage and its distinctive combination of dynamic and quieter techniques.

My approach to bodywork
My background in dance, movement and somatic practice influences the way I work with touch — particularly my attention to weight, support, movement and stillness.
Technique matters, but so do attention, communication, boundaries and the quality of the encounter between practitioner and receiver.
Each practice has its own character. Thai Yoga Massage allows me to work in a particularly individual way. The relaxing face, head & neck massage is more focused and freely adapted. Kobido follows a specific protocol.
Across all three, I work with attention to the person receiving the massage and respect for their comfort and boundaries.
What to expect
We begin with a short conversation about how you’re feeling, what you’re looking for from the session and anything you would like me to know. You can tell me about your preferences and boundaries, and communication remains open throughout the massage. You can always ask for a change in pressure, position or pace.
Practical questions
Do I need to be flexible for Thai Yoga Massage?
No. The session is adapted to you. Stretching and movement remain within your body’s limits.
Is Thai Yoga Massage painful?
It shouldn’t be. The work can range from subtle to intense, but intensity doesn’t mean pushing through pain. Pressure and movement are adapted to you and communication remains open throughout the session.
What should I wear for Thai Yoga Massage?
Comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. Thai Yoga Massage is performed fully clothed.
What’s the difference between Kobido and the relaxing face, head & neck massage?
Kobido follows a specific protocol with varied rhythms and techniques, including faster and more dynamic sequences. The relaxing face, head & neck massage uses slower rhythms and can be adapted more freely.
Can you come to my home?
Yes. I offer home sessions in Brussels but an introductory video call conversation is required for new clients.
