Looking for a way to boost your energy and stay active during the workday? Join us every Monday at 12:30 PM for a refreshing 45-minute dance class near Flagey, at Rue Félix Bovie 25, Ixelles.
Objectives
This class is designed to improve your mobility, strength, flexibility, and coordination through accessible and enjoyable dance-based exercises. No previous dance experience needed — just bring comfortable clothes and shoes and a curious body!
🔸 15 min: Dynamic warm-up to get your body moving
🔸 15 min: Learn a new dance technique (no pressure, just fun!)
🔸 7 min: Improvisation games to explore movement
🔸 7 min: Deep stretch to leave you feeling refreshed
Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to reconnect with your body, you are welcome to join!
Registration is obligatory.

Drop in class – 10 EUR
Trimester – 90 EUR
Flexible 5 class pack – 45 EUR
Student/Unemployed – 8 EUR per class, 80 EUR per trimester
First trial class free.
Payments only in cash. If you buy one of the multi-entry subscriptions, payment needs to be made at the first class. Please bring the exact amount.

Facilitator

Agnieszka lives and dances in Brussels. She began dancing at the age of five, starting with ballet training before transitioning to contemporary dance. She completed years of training in contemporary dance with a two-year instructor program, after which she received a diploma as a contemporary dance instructor, certified by the Polish Ministry of Culture. Additionally, she practises forró and capoeira, exploring the rich diversity of movement and expression. From experimenting with various techniques to immersing herself in different dance forms, movement has always been central to her life.
