We are super happy to share TWO workshops with you to dive into different areas of dance, communication, connection and celebrating.

WORKSHOPS

Fusion Dance Workshop by Nathalie

We’ll start our Fusion Week with an all-level Fusion Dance Workshop, which means: Everyone is welcome because everyone can dance. No matter if you have never danced before or dancing is an indispensable part of your life – in this 1-hour-experience I will guide you step by step through a fun process of self-discovery and connecting with others in a comfortable way: Our session will be inspired by the liberato method and I am happy to focus on your own YES and NO – exploring ways to feel it in, express it with and communicate it through your body and connection. We’ll discover ways to be present with ourselves, connect and have fun together at the same time: Let’s see which possibilites will arise – I am super excited! Are you with me?

Guided massage exchange workshop by Marcin

We will start the second day with a soothing, fully clothed massage session to restore energy for dance. After a brief introduction to essential techniques, participants will pair up and follow a guided massage flow inspired by Thai massage principles. Each person will have the opportunity to both give and receive a full-body massage in a relaxed, supportive setting, with each session lasting approximately 30 minutes.
